The location was great, next to the gardens, Madeira Island and 2 restaurants immediately outside of the hotel-one Italian and the other Mediterranean and easily accessible. I was there for 2 nights and would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed being there. Travelled with our family members, spent 4 nights here and had a fab stay. Its location was central, few metres away from Promenade do Lido. Set in lovely area, pubs and cafés were next to the hotel.

Everything is excellent here, had a wonderful stay on our last visit. Prestige queen room is new-fashioned, has a luxurious bathroom. As for us, the location is marvellous, on local buses across-and-around the island. And it's nestled in a really great building close to a 5 star restaurant and Funchal which was an interesting.

It was overall clean inside. The staff was all very attentive and friendly attentive. The breakfasts were amazing and marvellous with fish and omelette, for example. The location of this hotel really close to the night-out clubs, the town centre for a coffee in the afternoon and sushi restaurant was excellent. Had brunch in the Antonio's, located nearby.

The location was perfect and comfortable, for example, Cais do Carvao was within a close distance from the hotel. It took just 24 minutes by car to get to the airport. The double room I stayed in was a nice size in tower 1. My room included a coffee maker and glassware.

The view of the ocean was magnificent, as well as central location close enough to a lovely coastal walk along the promenade towards the lido past numerous bars cafes and cable car. I randomly popped in Borracheiros Bar serving some pastries, located just a short stroll away from the hotel, it was nice.

The venue is reasonably large and fairly clean with a fantastic value and courteous and great staff. The prestige king room is terrific with the garden, gin, huge bed. The location is marvellous and stunning, 15 minutes' walk to Lido. The HOTel provides an excellent service. Every time we stay in Funchal, like to stay here.
Limited breakfast, it should definitely be improved.
